Centurion Non Percolating Fire Hose

Description

This Class H hose is woven with spun polyester fibres which gives excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility. This hose is lighter and easier to handle compared to an extruded fire hose. Therefore, firefighters have less weight to carry when they run up or around a building. It is also easier to roll up and takes up less storage space compared to an extruded hose.

The spun polyester fabric is fully synthetic and does not require drying after use, although drying does prevent surface mould stains. Centurion has Australian Standard AS 2792 and Australian Defence Force DEF 5195A approval. It is used by the NSW Fire Brigade, the CFA, as well as the Australian Army.
